This picture made me think about something that made me realize I have been remiss on this site in regards to one particular individual who was a classmate of every 72 FSHS graduate who attended Woodside Elementary School.  Linda Chittick was there for every Woodside Group Picture K thru 6.  The Woodside pictures with Linda and some of our other classmates are shown on down below.  Check out these pictures and you will see that this pretty girl was always pretty (I still think of all of those kids my age as "boys" and "girls" and not "men" and "women").  The classes with a black * indicate the classes in which Linda and I were grade school classmates.  More importantly are the classes with a bigger red *.  Those are the classes that Linda shared with her future husband Jeff Woods who is pictured above with Linda in a great shot with Steve Smith.

I think Linda graduated in 1972 at Clinton Prairie High School - someone correct me on that if I'm mistaken - I've never talked to Linda about this.  Not having her going into the later high school grades with us was our loss.    Jeff and Linda are two of the finest people you could ever get to know and I think it is really neat that they were there together clear back at Woodside in 1959-1960 in Mrs. Horner's kindergarten class.  I salute both of you and I'm glad that fate brought the two of you together in marriage.  If Linda and Jeff happen to see this, I hope they will accept my apologies for my oversight.  From the day I was born, I always knew that someday I'd make one.
